As the guys from Concert Blast reflect back on the coverage performed in 2013, we thought it would be better to show you with hundreds of photographs taken throughout the year in a video segment. The year’s photo coverage began with an interview with singer/songwriter/actress Jewel from our guest blogger/photographer friend Samantha Shrader and ended with Mike Arnold‘s visit to the annual Christmas 4 Kids benefit touring of tour buses. This year also included the Memphis in May Beale Street Music Festival, the CMA Music Festival, and the K-Love Fan Awards, along with numerous concerts, interviews, and CD reviews throughout the year. On Saturday June 1st Contemporary Christian Radio Station K-Love presented its first Fan Awards. The Concert Blast staff were invited to cover this excellent event and they all had a great time. Brian Hasbrook took some excellent photos of the Awards show that lasted about three hours. Those photographed were the hosts of the evening, the Robertson’s from Duck Dynasty, Jase, Missy, Phil, and Ms. Kay, along with many Contemporary Christian artists such as Newsboys, Casting Crowns, Bart Millard of Mercy Me, Big Daddy Weave, The Afters, Colton Dixon, Matthew West, Audio Adrenaline, Natalie Grant with Kari Jobe, Amy Grant, and many others including Missy Robertson performing with Michael W. Winter Jam 2011 Nashville, TN
Mike Arnold and Brian Hasbrook of Concert Blast were on hand at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN to enjoy and review the Winter Jam 2011 concert. This was a night of various styles of Contemporary Christian music and Mike and Brian loved this evening. With ten acts performing short sets of their new and popular tunes. The acts on the Nashville tour stop were; Newsboys, Kutless, David Crowder Band, Francesca Battistelli, Newsong, Red, Sidewalk Prophets, Chris August, Jason Castro, and several guest appearances from Christian Rapper, KJ52. Winter Jam 2011 - Nashville, TN - Newsboys
The Winter Jam 2011 Tour packed the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN and Brian Hasbrook was on hand to provide his photography skills.
